Workforce Recruitment & Training

South Carolina’s highly regarded readySC™ program, administered by the State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education, is available for startup training customized to a company’s needs. This training provides company-specific training that can be done prior to or during employment. It is state funded with minimal to no cost to the participating company.

We have a healthy talent pool in its proximity to many local High SchoolsTri-County Technical College, and Clemson University.
